Which translation is the most natural?

Istnieje ryzyko, że spółka nie uzyska tytułu prawnego do przedmiotowych nieruchomości.

A. The risk exists that the company will not obtain legal title to the real property in question.

Comment:

The structure "There is a risk that X will happen" (option D) is the most natural and commonly used.

Options B and C are literal translations.

Option A should begin 'A' not 'The'. The structure "a risk exists that" is used in English, but rarely.
